White HIPS Plastic Sheet for Model Cowls & Vacuum Forming

Our white HIPS (High Impact Polystyrene) plastic sheet is a versatile modelling material, ideal for manufacturing custom engine cowls, fairings, scale details and a wide range of scratch-built components. Easy to work with and highly durable, HIPS has become a favourite material for model makers thanks to its excellent forming properties and smooth finish.

The material can be laser cut to produce accurate, clean-edged parts and is also ideal for vacuum forming, making it perfect for creating lightweight engine cowls and other complex shapes. It can be cut, drilled, sanded and shaped using conventional modelling tools, providing an excellent solution for custom projects and replacement parts.

Supplied in a convenient 330mm × 457mm sheet size, our white HIPS plastic sheet is available in a range of thicknesses to suit everything from lightweight scale details to larger structural components.
