SLEC Sky 40 Trainer Model Aircraft Kit

The SLEC Sky 40 Trainer is a beautifully designed model aircraft kit by Tony Nijhuis, created especially for first-time modellers who want to experience the satisfaction and enjoyment of building their own aircraft rather than purchasing a ready-built model.

Designed as an easy-to-build trainer, the Sky 40 combines straightforward construction with excellent flying characteristics, making it an ideal first model aircraft project. Precision CNC router and laser-cut components ensure accuracy throughout the build, while the easy-to-follow picture instructions and full-size plans provide excellent guidance from start to finish.

The kit can be built for either Electric or IC power, with all the necessary wooden components and information included to complete either version. A comprehensive accessory pack is also supplied, providing many of the smaller items required during construction.

Despite being an excellent first trainer, the Sky 40 is not limited to beginners. Its capable airframe provides enjoyable sport and aerobatic performance, making it a model that experienced pilots can also appreciate.
