High-quality Phenolic Tubing Matched Pairs designed for model aircraft construction and structural applications. These paper phenolic tubes are supplied as a matched pair with a 1.5mm wall thickness and are designed to work with the corresponding aluminium tube.
The phenolic tube has an internal diameter approximately 0.2mm larger (when cold) than the aluminium tube, allowing for expansion and contraction caused by temperature changes. This provides a reliable fit while maintaining the strength and accuracy required for model aircraft construction.
The matching extruded aluminium tube also features a 1.5mm wall thickness, providing a strong and lightweight solution for wing joiners and other structural applications.
