Our clear PETG plastic sheet is an excellent choice for model makers requiring a durable, easy-to-work material for producing custom canopies, windscreens and other clear components. With outstanding optical clarity and excellent forming characteristics, PETG is widely used throughout the modelling industry for both scratch-built and replacement parts.
The material cuts cleanly using a laser cutter and can also be trimmed easily using conventional modelling tools. It is ideal for vacuum forming, allowing accurate reproduction of canopies and other complex shapes, while its impact resistance and flexibility make it far less prone to cracking than many other clear plastics.
Available in a range of thicknesses and sheet sizes, our PETG sheets are suitable for everything from lightweight aircraft canopies to larger glazing and general modelling applications.
