9.0mm (3/8″) Birch Ply
Our 9.0mm Cross Grain Birch Plywood is manufactured from high-quality Birch veneers and is suitable for a wide range of woodworking, model making and engineering applications. Unlike our standard Birch plywood, the grain runs across the shorter length of the sheet, making it ideal where additional strength or flexibility is required in a particular direction.
This 7-ply Birch plywood is manufactured using a Class 3 exterior-grade resin glue, providing excellent strength, stability and durability. The smooth sanded faces offer an excellent surface for painting, staining or varnishing.
Please note: This plywood features a resin glue line, making it unsuitable for laser cutting. It is, however, ideal for CNC machining, routing, joinery and general woodworking.
The manufacturing tolerance for the thickness of plywood sheets is ±10% of the stated thickness. As wood is a natural product, slight variations in colour, grain and flatness may occur.
